The Arcade showcased above was used to create demos for certifying sales development representatives (SDRs) on specific features, enabling them to deliver compelling introductory calls. It also supported sales engineering and business development training, making complex product functionalities easier to grasp.
In the Arcade, they included synthetic voiceover so that reps could hear a crisp, timed delivery of the pitch, but at their own pace (by clicking through) so they could nail each section.
Reflecting on the program, Eric Dodds, Senior Director of Product Strategy and Operations, shared, "Our top-rated SDR is now an AE and is on track to be one of our top-performing AEs for the year. The demo was a huge part of his product talk track and education."
