Closing the chapter on another great year of storytelling.
As 2024 wraps up, we can't help but look back at the amazing teams and stories that make up the Arcade community. We reached 100,000 Arcades published 🎉, expanded to over 15,000 teams, and secured a Series A fundraising round led by Kleiner Perkins to build for the next chapter of interactive content.
These milestones would not have been possible without the support we received—big and small—from customers like you along the way.
Every published Arcade, support ticket opened, and conversation has contributed to our efforts in building a beautiful, easy-to-use product, and, importantly, one that’s fun to create with—so thank you.
Our mission is to empower teams to become great storytellers. This year, we've helped teams go beyond traditional product demos by creating engaging, interactive content that captivates their audience, communicates their value clearly, and drives demand—whether through website conversions, booked meetings, or increased product adoption.
We are launching our second annual 'Year in Review' to celebrate. This made-for-you Arcade showcases how you created and shared stories this year (you can see an example below).
Stories that inspired us.
Great storytelling is how products are bought, not sold. It’s about creating moments of connection—showing instead of telling, engaging instead of explaining. Over 70,000 Arcades were published this year, taking us to over 100,000+ all-time!
Some of our favorite success stories from this year include:
- Zapier increased their website's booked meetings by 70% through simplified feature discovery on high-traffic pages and interactive video content.
- Rudderstack doubled their pipeline by incorporating Arcades into their product launches to showcase solutions to prospects.
- Wrike boosted conversion rates by 65% and enhanced new user engagement by integrating Arcade into their product onboarding.
- Labelbox achieved a 30% increase in marketing qualified leads (MQLs) by creating an interactive demo library that simplified complex workflows.
We also relaunched our Showcase page to share best-in-class Arcade examples (and we’d love to include yours next, too!)
Your 2024 ‘Year in Review’
We’re thrilled to launch this year’s personalized Year in Review Arcade, which is made for our customers. Inspired by last year’s inaugural campaign, this interactive recap showcases how you've used Arcade to power your storytelling and measure your success.
Here at Arcade, we're big believers in '"dogfooding'" our product, or as Caroline likes to say, "drinking our own champagne 🥂 😉 ." If we're not using Arcade to tell our story, how can we expect you to do it? This 'Year in Review' is our way of celebrating your success while inspiring new ways to make Arcade an even more significant part of your storytelling (and it pushes us to make the product even better!).
Here’s a preview of what it might look like to a customer:
Features and favorites.
Shipping and learning fast is integral to how we build here at Arcade. This year, we released 61 Changelogs 🎉 — showing the new, the improved, and all the fixes.
This year, we introduced HTML Capture for modifying page elements and product generation with AI, the Desktop App to expand recording options, and Collections to bring multiple demos together in one place. For teams focused on pipeline, Leads, Audience Reveal, and Forms made capturing and converting prospects faster and easier.
We also added AI-powered tools: synthetic voice for natural narration, studio sound for clear audio, and generated copy to simplify demo creation… and much more in 2025!
However, some features of Arcade took the spotlight this year:
Exports were one of our most popular features this year, helping teams repurpose their live Arcades into video and GIF formats for broader distribution—while keeping Arcade at the heart of their content creation strategy. Shared links, Insights, and synthetic voice followed this.
The addition of secure domain sharing made shared links the top choice for our Growth and Enterprise customers. These tools made it easier to share Arcades while maintaining the privacy and security settings their teams rely on. Exports, Insights, and video editing followed this.
Spanish took the crown as the most popular language for translations in Arcade—¡qué impresionante! 🌟 We now support 30+ languages to help you bring your stories to all parts of the world.
Synthetic voice quickly became a fan favorite in 2024, adding dynamic narration and personality to Arcades. Matilda stole the spotlight as the most popular voice of the year!
The launch of Arcade Assistant empowered teams to overcome roadblocks and spark creativity. With favorite prompts, creators polished their Arcades, enhanced their copy, and tapped into best practices using Arcade Benchmarks.
HubSpot led the pack as our most popular integration, followed by Google Analytics and Slack, helping teams streamline their workflows and stay connected.
From one chapter to another.
As we close the book on an amazing 2024, we’re already looking ahead to what’s next.
With our recent Series A, we’re doubling down on our growth and investing in the next chapter of Arcade, which means continuing to focus on AI, enterprise-level collaboration, and designing the next frontier of interactivity.
On behalf of the Arcade team, thank you! We can’t wait to see what you build next year 🚀.
