Best for: Walking users through how to build something specific in your solution.

Why it works: Walks people through a step-by-step guide on how to build a specific workflow or get to a specific end result. Interactively doing this drastically reduces drop-offs and motivates users to take action. 

Structure: 

  • Explainer callout – Brief intro to the workflow, what the demo will accomplish, and why viewers should care (benefit).
    • Use branches to let viewers decide what to learn about your product.
